TSA Customs Lock

2024-04-23

TSA Customs Lock, English full name US. Transportation Security Administration, meaning the United States Transportation Security Administration, is a security inspection conducted by the US Customs on transit luggage and goods under customs supervision. It must ensure the safety of the goods during transportation and uses the universal TSA key commonly used by international customs worldwide.

At present, it is available in over 40 countries and regions besides the United States.

There must be a red diamond shaped mark on both sides of the lock. As long as the customs sees that mark, they know to use the key to open the lock (the corresponding key number is indicated at the bottom of the lock), without prying it open and damaging it.

There are two methods to open the TSA customs lock:

1. The key provided by the lock itself or the password set by the consumer themselves;

2. Customs specific keys, with a TSA unlocking key in their possession (the corresponding key number is indicated at the bottom of the TSA lock).
