Fully automatic intelligent locks also need to be maintained in daily life, only in this way can the product's service life be improved, mainly including the following points:
.When the battery of the smart door lock is low, it should be replaced.
.If the fingerprint collector becomes damp or dirty, it should be gently wiped with a dry, soft cloth, taking care to avoid scratching and affecting the fingerprint collection. Do not use substances containing alcohol, gasoline, diluents, or other flammable materials for cleaning or maintenance.
.When the mechanical key is not working smoothly, a small amount of graphite powder or pencil lead can be applied to the lock cylinder to ensure the key opens the door normally.
.Do not allow the lock surface to come into contact with corrosive substances. Also, do not strike or hit the shell with a hard object to prevent damage to the surface coating or indirectly affecting the electronic components inside the fingerprint lock.
.Regular inspection is important. Since the door lock is used daily, it is recommended to check it every six months or a year, while also checking for battery leakage, loose fastening screws, and ensuring a tight fit between the lock body and the lock plate.
.Smart locks generally contain intricate and complex electronic components. Non-professionals may damage internal parts or cause other serious consequences if they disassemble the lock. If there are suspicions of issues with the fingerprint lock, it's best to consult a professional for after-sales service.
.If the fully automatic lock uses a lithium battery, do not directly charge the lock with a power bank, as this can lead to battery aging and, in severe cases, even explosions.
