If the key cannot be fully inserted into the lock hole when opening the door in winter, first check if there is ice inside the lock hole. In other seasons, check if there are other foreign objects in the lock hole, and promptly notify after-sales service of the situation.
If it is difficult to insert the lock cylinder when opening the door, you can apply a little graphite or insert the lock cylinder with a pencil lead.
Regularly keep the transmission part of the lock body lubricated to ensure smooth transmission and extend its service life. It is recommended to inspect every six months or a year, and also check if the fastening screws are loose to ensure tightness.
During the use of the lock head, a small amount of graphite or pencil powder can be applied to the lock cylinder groove to ensure smooth key insertion and removal.
Regularly check the fit gap between the lock body and the lock buckle plate, whether the height fit between the lock tongue and the lock buckle plate hole is appropriate, and the optimal fit gap between the door and the door frame is 1.5mm-2.5mm. If any changes are found, the position of the hinge or locking plate on the door should be adjusted.
